Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide junior team members, ensuring project progress and quality under senior supervision.
  • Attend client meetings and effectively communicate project details.
  • Design and implement
    HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems
    for building services.
  • Ensure compliance with
    ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASPE, NFPA, NPC
    , and local codes.
  • Select and specify mechanical equipment, including
    AHUs, FCUs, split systems, fans, pumps, and chilled water accessories
    .
  • Perform
    duct and piping sizing
    calculations.
  • Design
    domestic cold/hot water systems, drainage, storm drainage, and firefighting systems
    (sprinklers, standpipes, extinguishers, clean agent systems).
  • Coordinate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.
  • Utilize
    BIM and Revit Modeling
    for mechanical designs.
  • Continuously learn and develop professionally.

Requirements:

  • B
    achelor's degree in mechanical Power Engineering
    from a reputable university.
  • 8–9 years of experience
    in mechanical building services engineering.
  • Expertise in
    HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing system design
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    international and local mechanical design codes
    .
  • Proficiency in
    BIM and Revit Modeling
    .
  • Excellent
    team leadership, communication, and coordination skills
    .
  • Fluent in English
    (spoken and written).
  • Ability to attend
    client meetings and collaborate across disciplines
    .
