Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Reservations Agent-Offshore. The role involves managing reservations efficiently and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls and inquiries, assisting customers with reservations and bookings, and performing receptionist duties while ensuring smooth communication and professionalism. The Reservations Agent will act as the first point of contact, providing accurate information and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to handle customer interactions effectively and professionally.
  • Experience in Reservations and Customer Service to manage bookings and support client needs seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, scheduling, and maintaining organization.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
