Capri is specialized in hotels, restaurants, cafes, patisserie, bakery equipment and hypermarkets preparation.

Supplying professional equipment with high quality and moderate prices related to each sector to meet our customer's needs.

Due to the high demand of this field in the Egyptian market Capri has established the main branch in Alexandria, Egypt in 
2012
 ,then the second branch in Cairo, Egypt 
2017.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting the company's hospitality equipment solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to team sales initiatives. The role also involves supporting customers through training and providing after-sales assistance to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and meet their needs
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in Training to assist clients with product usage and enhance their overall experience
  • High adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in hospitality equipment or a related industry is a plus.
