Job Purpose

To drive sales activities, develop client relationships, and secure new business opportunities within the contracting and construction sector, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the contracting/construction market.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and proposal development.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities using CRM or internal systems.
  • Participate in tenders, pre-qualification processes, and technical meetings with clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales within the contracting or construction industry.
  • Strong background in technical products, solutions, or project-based sales.
