Shared Services Senior Manager

The Shared Services Senior Manager will oversee and manage the company's centralized support functions, including Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, and Travel, along with additional assigned roles. This position is responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and excellence across all shared services, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The role requires a strong leader who can integrate cross-functional support, optimize processes, oversee and control departmental budgets, and enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders.

• Develop and implement the shared services strategy to support business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence across HR, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, and Travel.
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
