Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Processing Officer (Visa/Immigration) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Processing Officer will be responsible for managing visa and immigration processes, preparing and reviewing requisite documents, and providing accurate guidance to clients. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities

·       Manage the end-to-end citizen processing and visa application process for clients, adhering to the specific requirements of various embassies and consulates.

·       Assist with the preparation and submission of visa applications and supporting documents.

·       Stay up to date on immigration laws, policies, and any changes in visa regulations.

·       Communicate with legal consultants and Governments of the concerned countries to get the required info and documents, and submit files to the governments.

·       Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

·       Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities on behalf of clients.

·       Follow up with clients and immigration authorities on visa status and updates.

·       Handle appeals and visa rejections, and provide solutions or alternatives.

·       Maintain confidential client records and track progress of ongoing applications.

Qualifications

·       Experience in immigration processing, VFS Global procedures, visa documentation, and end-to-end immigration processing

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

·       Fluency in English and Arabic languages

·       Bachelor's degree in Administrative, law, Tourism, International Relations, or related field

·       Knowledge of citizenship by investment programs is a plus

Job Type:

Full-time, On site, Dokki, Cairo ,Egypt.

Working hours: 8 hours per day, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday
