Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant will play a key role in advising and assisting clients with their real estate needs while driving sales and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, preparing property evaluations, and negotiating sales or rental agreements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise in guiding clients through buying, selling, or renting property.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster trust and provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research and the ability to provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
