Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Body Shop Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Body Shop Manager will oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. They will be responsible for coordinating with workshops, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing aftersales processes, and ensuring clear communication among team members and customers. The manager will also maintain inventory, manage staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Body Shops and Workshops operations
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Aftersales processes
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related field
