Hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Development Company Head of Design

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for the Head of Design at Consul. The role involves overseeing the design team and managing design projects in the real estate domain. Key responsibilities include leading design strategy, delivering innovative design solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute visual, product, branding, and interior design initiatives. The Head of Design will ensure alignment with the overall business objectives and maintain high-quality standards throughout all design processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in residential and/or mixed-use real estate projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
