Role Description

The Head of Design Architect will lead and oversee design projects, ensuring alignment with the company's high standards of quality and innovation. Responsibilities include managing design processes, supervising design teams, developing comprehensive design strategies, and collaborating with clients to meet project objectives. The role involves managing multiple disciplines such as visual design, product design, and interior design to ensure cohesive and impactful outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Management across various scales and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities to guide high-performing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or similar qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the design or architecture industry.
