Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The Senior HR Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, calculating salaries, auditing timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries. The role also involves assisting in optimizing HR strategies and policies to enhance the overall employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Attention to detail with knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Proficiency in understanding and applying labor laws and regulations
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a payroll or HR management role is preferred
- Experience in Payroll function +3 years is a MUST.
- preferable have experience in real estate OR healthcare industry.
