Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an ESP Field Engineer Senior. In this position, you will oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) while providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure optimal field performance. You will manage field service operations, liaise with clients to provide timely updates, and prepare detailed reports on field activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project management team to ensure all services align with client requirements and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Technical Support skills with expertise in the maintenance and operation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)
  • Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field
  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions, team coordination, and reporting
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering project milestones
  • Proficiency in industry-related tools, software, and equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on artificial lift technologies, is a plus
