Now, as we scale across the region, we're hiring a dedicated Human Resources Specialist
to support our growing team and build a strong company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Santra's scale-up roadmap
  • Manage and improve core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, evaluations)
  • Handle employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support hiring across departments (Marketing, Sales, Tech, Operations)
  • Help define and track KPIs/OKRs for key roles alongside department heads
  • Guide team structuring, salary benchmarking, and role clarity
  • Maintain compliance with UAE and Egyptian labor laws (remote HR setup)
  • Manage performance reviews and feedback systems
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources (tech/startup/eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and remote team management
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border startup environment
  • SALARY WILL BE FROM 10,000 EGP to 15,000 EGP by max according to the qualifications and the work will be fully REMOTE
