This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and optimizing operations across our catering facilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between
Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage planning activities across all catering and F&B operations.


• Develop, monitor, and optimize schedules for production, inventory, and resource allocation.


• Ensure smooth coordination between Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
.


• Implement and maintain operational procedures, standards, and process improvements.


• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


• Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management to support decision-making.


• Support strategic initiatives to improve service delivery, operational performance, and facility utilization.


Qualifications & Experience


• Proven experience in catering operations, food production planning, or F&B facilities management
.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.


• Excellent understanding of operational procedures and cross-functional coordination (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations).


• Experience in optimizing resources, scheduling, and reporting in a multi-site environment.


• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
