Job Description

  • Analyze and understand retail, commerce, and supply chain business needs.
  • Implement, configure, and support the ERP Retail module (D365 F&O), including product setup, pricing, loyalty programs, and call center operations.
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 application support for end-users and troubleshoot technical issues in the ERP system.
  • Work with SQL Server to extract data, run queries, and resolve database-related problems.
  • Coordinate testing and integration between ERP Retail and other systems.
  • Document system configurations, known issues, resolutions, and user guides.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Deliver end-user training and ensure knowledge transfer for new functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Min of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Outstanding organizational ability.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mind with business acumen.
