About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
HR Coordinator
to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining employee files and HR records to ensure data accuracy and easy access.
  • Support on boarding and off boarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Prepare basic HR letters and documentation to support daily HR operations.
  • Follow up on attendance and leave records to assist payroll accuracy.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR requests to provide timely support.
  • Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms to support candidate attraction.
  • Screen CVs under supervision to help identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely coordination.
  • Update candidate tracking sheets and databases to improve recruitment follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing job offers and on boarding documents to support hiring activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Handle employee and candidate inquiries to ensure clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the human resources (Junior Level)
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Work Location:
Misr El Gedida, 2 Days Off
