Role Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review electrical designs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using
    Revit
    .
  • Coordinate electrical systems with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural, Low Current, etc.).
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design specifications and project standards.
  • Review technical submittals, material approvals, and project documentation.
  • Support project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in electrical design within
    Real Estate Development / Construction
    companies.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Revit
    , AutoCAD, and electrical calculation software.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems (Lighting, Power, MDB/SMDB, Earthing, Low Current).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
