About the Role:

Formwork Design Engineers (Junior & Senior)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop safe, economical, and efficient formwork solutions.
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings for proposals and working designs.
  • Provide material lists for quotations and deliveries.
  • Prepare structural calculation sheets for formwork systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and solid knowledge of formwork systems.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and in coordination with project teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • For Junior Formwork Design Engineer (1–3 years):
  • Prepare structural calculation sheets for formwork systems.
  • For Senior Formwork Design Engineer (4–8 years):
  • Lead complex formwork design projects and ensure engineering excellence.
  • Review and validate drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams for on-site implementation.
  • Generate BOQs and technical documentation for procurement and execution.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design processes.
