Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tourism located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Tourism will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for conference attendees, providing excellent customer service, managing sales and marketing activities to promote events, and ensuring seamless logistics throughout the event. The role requires strong communication skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 Years of experience in Tourism & Hospitality
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in English verbal & written
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Logistic management (e.g., transportation coordination)
  • Handling travel industry operations (e.g., flight bookings)
  • Expertise in Hospitality and Food & Beverage management (catering coordination)
  • Experience in the medical conference industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
