As the Training & Quality Manager, you ll play a big part in shaping how our teams deliver outstanding experiences to every customer. You ll focus on developing upskilling programs, refining our quality standards, and making sure every team member has the tools and confidence to perform at their best. Your work will help create a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement across the floor.

What you will do

  • Oversee quality standards across the customer-facing teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Sylndr s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Design and deliver upskilling programs that strengthen performance and build long-term capabilities.
  • Create engaging training sessions that address real challenges and drive measurable improvement.
  • Coach and support employees to help them perform at their best and grow within their roles.
  • Partner with operations to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment between training and business goals.
  • Track performance metrics and share insights that support both team and customer success.

Who you are

  • You have around 6 years of experience in training and quality, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • You re passionate about
