Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Trainer based in Cairo. The Operational Trainer will be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs to develop the knowledge and skills of the operations team. They will assess training needs, design curriculum, and oversee the onboarding of new team members. The role also includes monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaboration with department heads and reporting on progress will also be key functions.

Qualifications

  • Training and development skills, including experience in curriculum design and facilitation.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and evaluation skills, particularly in assessing training outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Operational knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) environments or similar industries.
  • Experience in GDS \ Amadeus System is mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
