Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Legal Assistant specializing in U.S. laws. The Corporate Legal Assistant will support the legal team by managing legal document preparation, administrative tasks, and providing general legal assistance. The role requires outstanding organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations while ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. Law and Legal Assistants practices
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and related processes
- Excellent Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
- Experience in corporate legal environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting
- Relevant certification or degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred
- Establish T&A for our products and avoid any legal violation.
- Revise the clients' contracts.
