  • Responsibilities:

-Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across various categories including marketing materials, spare parts, consumables, agencies, contractors, and equipment.

-Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality.

-Order & Delivery Follow-up (OTIF): Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders to avoid operational downtime.

-Quality Assurance: Coordinate with end users and quality teams to ensure materials meet required standards.

-Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

-Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations to support strategic purchasing decisions.

-Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory; prepare regular performance reports.

-Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and storage of materials.

  • Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

-Minimum of 3–4 years of experience is required for this role.

-Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.

-Experience with ERP applications like Oracle & SAP and systems like Microsoft SharePoint.

-Familiarity with the lubricating oil industry and relevant nontrade material requirements.

-Strong negotiation and communication skills.

-Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
