Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a District Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing strategic plans to expand market reach. The District Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, foster relationships with key clients, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining organizational goals and benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills, along with strategic planning capabilities
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales, market dynamics, and product knowledge
- Proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics for effective decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Willingness to work on-site in Giza and travel locally as required
