Role Description

This is a full-time role for a District Sales Manager, Cardiometabolic, located in Cairo. The role involves leading and managing sales teams, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales goals for the cardiometabolic product line. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that sales team activities align with company objectives. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal stakeholders are also key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of Biotech Pharma's sales plans to ensure compliance with company procedures and objectives.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of medical representatives, including reviewing monthly plans and daily reports, to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure consistent customer service while achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team and other departments to coordinate product knowledge training and execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to provide insights on product performance and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and major customers to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
 Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science or veterinary medicine

·
Experience:

· years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
