We're Hiring: Technical Artist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain art production pipelines, tools, and scripts.
  • Support artists with technical troubleshooting and workflow improvements.
  • Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
  • Work with engineers to integrate assets into the engine or production pipeline.
  • Create shaders, visual effects, and procedural solutions when needed.
  • Document tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Technical Artist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, and animation pipelines.
  • Experience with tools such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
  • Familiarity with engines like Unity or Unreal (or equivalent tools).
  • Good scripting knowledge (Python, MEL, or C#).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
