Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate
Account Manager
to join our team and manage our key clients in the
medical and pharmaceutical fields
. The role involves overseeing client communication, managing campaigns, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal departments (creative, media, production, and digital).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear, creative, and marketing briefs.
  • Supervise campaign development from concept to execution and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all assigned projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.
  • Prepare performance reports and campaign evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency (preferably in the medical/pharma sector).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Living in or near
    New Cairo
    (required).
  • Availability for occasional
    travel to events
    when needed.
  • Commission-based incentives are offered.
