Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mall Manager, located in Qesm 1st 6 October.

The Mall Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities, supervising staff, and addressing tenant and customer needs.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, planning events to attract foot traffic, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.

Additionally, the Mall Manager will analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the
    furniture
    retail is a
    MUST
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to ensure financial and operational efficiency
  • Strong skills in Operations Management, including facility maintenance and vendor management
  • Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and address tenant and visitor concerns promptly
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively manage teams, report to stakeholders, and liaise with tenants
  • Experience in overseeing retail or commercial property operations is a plus
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
