Job Purpose:

To lead and manage enterprise systems including messaging platforms, file sharing environments, user access control, patch and vulnerability management, and Active Directory integrations with cloud services to ensure system security, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support
    Mail Systems
    (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, O365), including mailbox provisioning, performance monitoring, and license management.
  • Administer
    File Sharing Systems
    (DFS, SharePoint, NAS), including permission models, access control, and file auditing.
  • Implement and maintain
    User Permissions Management
    following best practices for least privilege access.
  • Monitor and remediate system
    Vulnerabilities
    using tools like WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent platforms.
  • Lead and execute
    Patch Management
    strategies across Windows and Linux environments using SCCM and Ansible.
  • Integrate and manage
    Active Directory with Azure AD and Office 365
    , ensuring seamless identity synchronization and cloud-based access.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and system audits.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Manage and Maintain Backup operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration and operations.
  • Strong expertise in Exchange Server, Active Directory, and Azure integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with patch and vulnerability management tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
