Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative, bilingual (Arabic/English), and detail-oriented
Social Media Specialist and Moderator
to be the primary voice and engagement leader for the Module Streamline brand across all social media platforms.

This dual-role position is crucial for building our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and managing our brand reputation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic content creation skills with exceptional customer service and moderation abilities, translating our exquisite kitchens and design services into engaging digital content that resonates with the Egyptian audience.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:

• Strategy Development:
  Build, execute, and manage a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales.
• Content Planning:
  Develop a comprehensive social media editorial calendar for all platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring content diversity, consistency, and cultural relevance to the Egyptian market.
• Content Production:
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (original text, photos, videos, and stories) that showcases the features, design, and quality of our home-kitchens, manufacturing process, and interior design projects.
• Create compelling, high-quality Arabic and English copy for all social posts, ads, and campaigns, maintaining the brand's professional, creative, and aspirational voice.
• Proven experience as an SEO Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of published work demonstrating excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Familiarity with SEO and content analysis tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Platform Optimization:
  Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Module Streamline's social content.

2. Community Management and Moderation:

• Active Moderation:
  Proactively monitor, listen, and respond to all user-generated content, comments, messages, and mentions across all social channels in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Customer Engagement & Lead Qualification:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively addressing questions about products, materials, custom designs, pricing, and the manufacturing process.
• Identify and qualify sales leads from social media interactions, accurately capturing necessary information and seamlessly transferring them to the Sales or Interior Design teams.
• Reputation Management:
  Quickly and professionally handle customer complaints, negative feedback, or crisis situations to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.
• Community Building:
  Foster a positive and interactive online community, encouraging discussions and user-generated content (UGC) related to home decor and kitchen design.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

• Performance Tracking:
  Continuously track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, moderation efficiency, etc.) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Optimization:
  Use data and insights to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to refine the social media strategy and content for continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration:

• Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, collaborate closely with the Sales and Interior Design teams to align social media activities with current promotions, showroom events, product launches, and design trends.
• Work with any outsourced Media Buyers or Designers to provide content direction and ensure brand consistency across paid and organic campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  Proven minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Specialist and Moderation, preferably within the furniture, home décor, interior design, or real estate sectors.
• Language Skills:
  Excellent command of both written and spoken
  Arabic (Egyptian dialect is a must for moderation)
  and English. Strong copywriting skills are essential.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their respective advertising and analytics tools.
• Demonstrable experience with social media management and moderation tools.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, or a basic understanding of Adobe Suite) for quick content creation and edits is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with proven experience in handling online customer service.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and high-quality visuals, with a passion for home-kitchens and interior design trends
