Role Summary

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging content for our e-commerce sportswear brand across social media, website, paid ads, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fashion or sportswear content and understands how to create content that drives sales, online engagement, brand identity consistency, and trend-based social interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create daily short-form video content and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts and all social platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content concepts aligned with monthly launches, promos, trends and product drops
  • Shoot product videos (try-ons, unboxing, behind the scenes, styling ideas, fit guides, training content etc.)
  • Edit videos and images with fast turnaround and platform optimized formats
  • Develop creative storytelling that increases brand visibility and supports direct sales conversion
  • Follow trending content ideas, sound hooks, formats and adapt them to our brand concept
  • Work on seasonal campaigns and content calendars according to commercial plan
  • Assist in selecting models / athletes / influencers for content when needed
  • Coordinate with performance marketing team to optimize creatives for ads (CTR, hook, messaging improvements)
  • Upload & manage content publishing schedule and ensure consistency of brand tone

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in content creation (preferably within fashion / sportswear / lifestyle e-commerce)
  • Strong creativity, camera presence and content production skills
  • Ability to shoot and edit content independently
  • Excellent knowledge of TikTok / Instagram Reels / Shorts creative trends
  • Experience in using editing tools (CapCut, Premier, Final Cut, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
  • Understanding of what sells visually in e-commerce and what drives online buying decisions
  • Strong time management & fast execution
  • Portfolio is required

  • Growth in followers/reach monthly
