Job Title: Content CreatorAbout the Role

We're looking for a talented and creative
Content Creator
to develop engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who can turn ideas into impactful words, scripts, and social content that reflects the brand's voice and supports marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities
Content Creation

  • Write creative and compelling content for
    social media posts, ads, websites, blogs, scripts, and marketing materials
    .
  • Develop storytelling concepts that align with the brand's identity and campaign goals.
  • Create content ideas that are trendy, engaging, and tailored to each platform.
  • Produce scripts for videos, reels, and promotional content.

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to generate new content ideas.
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone, message, and style across all platforms.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and social media specialists to deliver complete content packages.
  • Provide clear briefs for visuals, videos, and motion graphics based on content objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative directions.

Optimization & Improvement

  • Follow analytics and performance reports to understand what content performs best.
  • Optimize captions, scripts, and content structure to achieve higher engagement.
  • Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and new content formats.

Community Support

  • Support social media moderation by replying to messages and comments when needed.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a
    Content Creator / Copywriter
    .
  • Strong writing skills in
    Arabic & English
    (creative, error-free, engaging).
  • Ability to generate new ideas quickly and write for different tones and industries.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.


Nice to Have

  • Experience writing for tech, marketing, or B2B services.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or content optimization.
  • Familiarity with scriptwriting for short-form videos.
  • Ability to use Canva or simple design tools to create basic visuals.
