Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of Misr Life Insurance - Takaful. In this full-time hybrid role, based in Qesm El Maadi with some flexibility for remote work, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also conduct client needs assessments, deliver product presentations, and actively participate in training programs to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain relationships
  • Proven Sales expertise, including lead generation, closing deals, and meeting sales goals
  • Experience in Sales Management and the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • A proactive approach to Training and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial industry and familiarity with takaful principles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset
