Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering presentations, providing training on products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and support their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in Training and presenting solutions to customers or teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
