Loomistar is looking for a
Performance Media Buyer
to join our agency team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and strategic skills, can manage multiple client accounts, and is passionate about delivering measurable results through data-driven media buying.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies tailored to each client's objectives.

Manage multiple client budgets and ensure efficient media spend and ROI.

Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce high-performing ad content.

Conduct audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.

A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to drive continuous improvement.

Prepare clear performance reports and communicate results directly with clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in performance media buying within an agency environment.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major ad platforms.

Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

Excellent knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience managing regional or multi-market campaigns.

Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations, or programmatic buying.
