Performance Media Buyer
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Araby Brand, a dynamic digital marketing agency in the MENA region, specializes in performance marketing tailored to each client's unique needs.
Our goal is to become a leading agency in the EMEA region, while ensuring that we remain an exceptional place to work.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance.
- Utilize a deep understanding of digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking.
- Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experince in a digital marketing agency is prefered.
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel Digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
