Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. This role also involves participating in architectural discussions and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure cloud services.
  • Design and implement application components while writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative, effective solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical components.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, offering insights and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers, guiding them on best practices and development methodologies.
  • Support deployment activities and assist in post-release troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft cloud business applications and development frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#), Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure services.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
