As we expand, we are looking for a
highly skilled Reel Creator
who can capture the essence of our brand through premium, trend-led short-form video content across all social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategy and has a proven ability to produce content that not only looks exceptional—but also performs.

Position Overview

The
Reel Creator
will be responsible for concept development, filming, and editing high-quality short-form videos that elevate Bohub's digital presence. You will work closely with our marketing and brand teams to ensure content aligns with our identity, engages our audience, and drives measurable growth.

This is a key creative role with direct impact on brand perception, reach, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short-form video concepts that reflect Bohub's brand aesthetic and marketing goals.
  • Film, edit, and deliver high-quality Reels/TikToks using professional techniques and storytelling approaches.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and brand identity across all produced content.
  • Identify and adapt platform trends to align with our brand narrative.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and content calendars.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content for reach, retention, and conversions.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, meeting deadlines while producing polished, on-brand content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok) with a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong creative direction, with an understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, framing, and transitions.
  • Ability to shoot high-quality footage using mobile or camera equipment.
  • Strong awareness of digital trends, audio selection, and content innovation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics or light animation.
  • Photography skills for additional content production.
  • Previous experience within lifestyle, food & beverage, youth-focused, or creative brands.
  • Understanding of paid social, performance metrics, and content strategy.
