Job Title: Reel Creator

Job Summary:

Ahl Masr Foundation is seeking a creative and skilled Reel Creator to produce high-quality short-form videos that showcase the NGO's activities, beneficiaries' stories, and overall impact. The role reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media or content creation (experience in agencies preferred).
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Passion for nonprofit and humanitarian communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

  • Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
  • Working hours: 8 hours/day
