Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Lighting Sales Engineer. The Lighting Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical support, and presenting optimal lighting solutions. Daily tasks include analyzing customer requirements, creating proposals, supporting sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of lighting systems and solutions.
  • Experience in providing proactive Technical Support and analyzing client needs to design suitable solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong abilities in offering Sales and Customer Service, with a client-centric approach and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the lighting or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to meet client demands and schedules.
