Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Structural Engineer BIM to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across multiple projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, collaborating with architecture, civil engineering, and MEP teams, and ensuring the accuracy of structural components within designs. The role requires detailed problem-solving, cross-departmental coordination, and a commitment to delivering high-quality structural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and tools
- Experience in developing and managing construction drawings and plans
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration
- Strong background in Architecture and Civil Engineering principles
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in an on-site engineering role is a plus
