Technical Delivery Manager
with
15+ years of experience
and
proven leadership in banking technology delivery
to oversee a strategic transformation initiative in
Saudi Arabia
. This role demands mastery of enterprise data architecture, stakeholder orchestration, and delivery excellence across banking platforms.

Architecture & Technology Scope

Applicants must have
direct experience managing delivery across the following architecture layers and technologies

• Banking Source Systems
: T24, Cortex, CRM, and other core banking platforms


• ETL & Integration
:
Informatica PowerCenter
for data ingestion and transformation


• Data Warehouse Infrastructure
:
Oracle Exadata
with Staging, Normalized, and Semantic layers


• Data Governance
:
Informatica Data Quality
and
Informatica EDC
for metadata and compliance


• Visualization & BI Tools
:
Tableau
,
SAP BusinessObjects
,
Power BI
for executive dashboards and reporting


• Project Governance
: Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment

Key Responsibilities


•
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and banking transformation projects


•
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across architecture layers


•
Serve as the primary interface with client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust


•
Oversee risk mitigation, issue resolution, and delivery assurance


•
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance standards

Must-Have Qualifications


• 15+ years
in technical delivery, program management, or solution leadership


• Mandatory: Experience delivering complex projects in banking environments


•
Proven success managing layered data architecture and cross-platform integrations


•
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills


•
Experience working in or with clients in the
GCC region
is a strong advantage


•
Willingness to be based in
Saudi Arabia
for the full duration of the contract
