Technical Delivery Manager
to lead cross-functional engineering teams and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of software solutions.

This role requires a mix of agile leadership, technical fluency, and project management mastery. You'll be the glue between product, engineering, and clients — driving clarity, accountability, and momentum.

Responsabilities

  • Lead and deliver the full lifecycle of software projects — from kickoff to go-live
  • Translate high-level product goals into detailed deliverables and timelines
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews
  • Proactively manage scope, risks, and blockers with minimal hand-holding
  • Align stakeholders, developers, QA, and DevOps through clear communication
  • Use modern tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines) to keep everything transparent and moving
  • Maintain delivery velocity across distributed teams while protecting technical quality
  • Monitor project KPIs (burn-down, team velocity, bug rate, etc.) and optimize delivery processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical delivery, agile project, or engineering management role
  • Proven ability to manage software teams and communicate with both devs and stakeholders
  • Hands-on familiarity with SDLC, Jira/Github (or similar), Agile/Scrum, and Git-based workflows
  • Experience working in or alongside technical teams (API, backend, or full-stack)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication

Nice-to-Have

  • Background as a developer or QA (even past experience is valuable)
  • Experience with platforms like NestJS, .NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Exposure to CI/CD, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
  • Managed multi-tenant SaaS platforms or high-scale B2B systems
