Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Investment Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting in-depth financial and market analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Analysis & Research
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and competitor performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Portfolio Management Support
  • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of existing investments to ensure alignment with performance targets.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of portfolio companies' financial and operational performance.
  • Recommend strategies to optimize portfolio returns and mitigate risks.
  • Strategic Insights & Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and reports for executive management and investment committees.
  • Translate complex data and financial outcomes into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support senior leadership in developing investment strategies and long-term plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and operations.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investment partners, advisors, and consultants.
  • Participate in negotiations and contribute to structuring deals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance.
  • Professional certifications are highly valued;
    CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
    and/or
    FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst)
    are preferred.
  • Minimum of
    5–7 years of experience
    in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
