1. Job Purpose

To assist the tech lead in the development of complex, high-performance, and reusable user interface components and applications, providing technical leadership and driving front-end best practices and innovation.

2. Key Responsibilities

* Strategic:

Architect and build scalable and maintainable front-end applications; define and evangelize front-end

standards and best practices.

*
Operational:

Tackle complex challenges like performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility;

mentor mid-level and junior developers.

* People / Collaboration:

Lead front-end code reviews; collaborate with UX/UI designers to provide technical feedback and ensure

feasibility.

* Compliance / Reporting:

Ensure UI code quality, performance, and security; stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and

trends.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Application performance metrics (load time, time to interactive).

* Code quality and reusability (component library adoption).

* Reduction of UI-related bugs.

4. Competency Requirements

* Core Competencies:

Technical Leadership, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, Mentorship.

* Technical Competencies:

Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), Angular, Advanced CSS, State Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+ Years of experience.

  • Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Experience working with Angular (Angular 14+).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
