Behaviour Supervisor

Reports to: Heads of Section

Reviewed: September 2023

Overview

The Behavior Supervisor oversees student behaviour management within the School. They work closely with students and staff to ensure and develop a positive and respectful learning environment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the school's behaviour policies and procedures are implemented properly

  • Supporting in the implementation of Individual Behavior Plans

  • Documenting incidents and maintain records of student behaviour as required

  • Ensuring the discipline and safety of all students at all times in the school corridors

  • Actively supervising students before and after school and during break time duties and school events

  • Responding quickly and effectively to disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

  • Participating in regular meetings with the Head of Sections to discuss student behaviour trends and concerns

  • Additional responsibilities as determined by the Head of Section and/or Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£9, E£11,000.00 per month
