We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist (B2B Health Tech)

Are you passionate about B2B marketing, Health Tech, and building authoritative brands on LinkedIn
? We're looking for a
Social Media Specialist
to join our team and drive lead-focused, thought-leadership content across professional platforms.


What You'll Do


• Develop and execute a
B2B social media strategy
, primarily on
LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
, targeting decision-makers such as
C-suite executives, Hospital IT Directors, and Health Administrators


• Manage a strategic content calendar
aligned with product launches, industry events, and sales initiatives


• Create high-quality, professional
English content
for case studies, white papers, webinars, and product updates


• Translate complex
Health Tech and technical concepts
into clear, authoritative social narratives


• Collaborate with
design, product, and sales teams
to deliver impactful visuals and messaging


• Plan and optimize
paid LinkedIn campaigns
to drive MQLs and event registrations


• Track and report on key metrics including
lead conversion, CPL, and pipeline contribution


• Ensure all content follows industry regulations and compliance standards
(e.g., healthcare data sensitivity)


What We're Looking For


•
2+ years
of experience in
B2B, SaaS, or Health Tech social media marketing


• Strong expertise in LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and brand authority


• Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools, and CRM systems


• Excellent English communication skills
(written and verbal)


• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt messaging in a regulated environment
