Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and moderating social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering positive community engagement. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior moderators, ensuring that our clients' social media presence is in line with their brand values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the moderation of client social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop and enforce community guidelines and moderation policies to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Monitor and analyze social media content and user interactions, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and growth.

  • Collaborate with the social media management team to ensure content aligns with brand values and objectives.

  • Train and mentor junior moderators, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

  • Respond to and resolve user inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, content creators, and strategists, to optimize socia media campaigns and achieve client goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, proactively incorporating them into our strategies and processes.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

-0-2 years of experience in social media moderation, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online communities for various brands and industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, and emerging platforms.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools, Sprinklr or Emplifi.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in social media metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Having your own personal laptop (MUST)
