An Architect Design Project Coordinator acts as a bridge between architectural design teams, clients, and other
stakeholders. They manage the coordination, communication, and organization of architectural projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
* Assist in the development of project timelines and schedules.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
* Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience:
2–5 years of experience in architectural design, project management, or a related role.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
* Soft Skills:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
