Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for AC French Speakers, located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions, and delivering a high standard of customer experience in French. Tasks may include handling calls and emails, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring smooth communication. The role also requires adherence to company protocols and maintaining professionalism in customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and clear communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
